What makes us different from everyone else in the fitness industry?

It is our deep connection, relationship, and trust we have with our clients.  This is what I mean:  We are personable, unbiased, and we listen with empathy (because we’ve been there too) targeting your own personal struggle and pain points earning your trust and coming together to find a solution.

This is not some new tech app to reach your goal faster or a secret shortcut that gets you amazing results.  This is about doing the real work to reach real goals in your life.  It’s about trust and connection that feels right to you.

I see it time and time again. Fit pros (online or studio), who are really good at their jobs, are constantly watching their clients leave and never return because they promised to get them body transformation results, and when the number on the scale and the tape measure on the jeans didn’t  match, they left.

Why is that?  #1 reason people leave is they don’t feel like they got results.

One of the biggest struggles of anyone who is searching for a fitness program, is finding one that works for you.  You may have to try several until you find the right one just for you.

The solution?

Stop focusing on results.  Instead, focus on the process.

This is our FIT&LEAN Trifecta training practice

Trifecta means that there are three parts to the process. Most of us only engage in one-part, straight training only. For a lot of us, that’s the easy part to start. However, if you’re only doing that part, without addressing all the other lifestyle and nutritional choices that are being made outside of the gym, you’re destined to continue failing.  A lot of people don’t know this but your nutrition and mental behaviors play a bigger role than just working out.

Our FIT&LEAN Trifecta not only delivers results, it addresses your nutritional needs and mindset behaviors.

Our methodology not only makes sense, but it keeps you from starting over again and again and again.

Training

So, please allow me to get this out of the way, this is one the dynamics of what makes us different.  Fitness training by itself is not fat loss training.

Training with a coach and doing nothing else but training will not get the results you are looking for.

Recent studies have shown, over and over, that if you only train and lose (let’s say) 30 pounds, the success rate over a one-year period is a measly 1% of keeping it off.

Please listen, I’m just talking about weight loss. If you want to build up strength or get faster in a race, then this statistic doesn’t apply. Weight loss is a whole other animal. You have to do more than just train.

Think about it from this perspective.

Training is only a moment in your day. There’s a whole lot of other time left to revert to what you would normally do. And that my friend is you do what feels good. And sometimes, spoiler alert, not being healthy feels really good.

That’s why the success rate hovers at 1%. Because training isn’t enough. It’s an important piece, no doubt. But if there isn’t a change to your nutrition and the thinking (mindset) that gets you in trouble with your choices, then there isn’t any lasting success being built, no longevity, no real outcome.

As you are somewhat aware, the two other components become just as important as training (if not even more) the FIT&LEAN Trifecta regarding nutrition and your personal mindset development.

Nutrition

When we are coaching someone toward their personal goal; i.e. weight loss, strength, endurance what have you, we know that it’s not a one-size-fits-all problem. You’re dealing with behavior. People react in different ways to the different struggles in their lives.

Habit-based nutrition coaching is our concept. This is critical; we work with you to find out how you think about food.  In other words, we start to make changes to your philosophy of thinking around food and how you make choices (healthy or unhealthy).  We learn from this and then educate, you put it into practice.   We teach you how & what real nutrition is, we teach you that only consistent and daily action is the only way to create the changes you want.

Personal Development & Accountability

Support is everything. Personal development is absolutely critical.

Because ultimately our biggest struggles are the ones that happens in our head. You, me and everyone you know struggle with the emotions, anxieties, and stresses in our heads. We are only human.

You can show up to train but if there are deeper issues at work and there isn’t a support system and personal development outside of the gym, no amount of sessions are going to help you achieve that goal or get any meaningful results.

That’s why personal development and accountability becomes so important.

With our FIT&LEAN Trifecta, accountable coaching with you as our focus.  It’s not just about exercising & nutrition, we are providing you with an actual experience every training session.  A step by step process so easy to follow to build healthy habits and accountability for the long-term that will have a compound effect in your life.
