DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES:
This class strengthens your entire body (with a focus on core and everyday functional movements) by using various types of fitness apparatus, body weight, and applying interval related training methods, designed to enhance agility, power, strength, and improve overall cardiovascular health. Cross Training works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.
Variety of core stabilization exercises designed to develop core strength and coordination with the focus on use of breath and correct alignment. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning.
Variety of Hatha yoga poses designed to help participants reinforce a positive mindset, and enhance flexibility, balance, strength, and posture.
Our personal training program is collaboration between you and our coaches in order to identify your overall goal(s).
