New year, New You

As we wrap up an entire DECADE, it’s a great opportunity to reflect and begin to create an even more powerful future.

And so, how are we going to do this?

Ponder these questions first:

What kind of person do you want to be in 2020 and beyond?

• Kind
• Healthy
• Pivotal
• Integrity
• Strong

Or maybe you are going to do this again:

The one who says tomorrow or next month or next year?

Or the one who takes action today, right now?

The kind who allows fear to run the show? Or the kind that pushes through no matter how scared they are?

The person who downplays your dreams? Or the person who goes after them?

The one who lives an extraordinary life? Or the one who just dreams about it?

The kind that says I can’t? Or the kind that knows they can do anything and is willing to push outside their comfort zone.

You are so incredibly powerful when you decide, commit, take action, and become resourceful.

If someone would’ve told me that I would have the ability/gift to empower people to change, I wouldn’t have believed them.

Everything is possible; you just have to have faith and know that you are not alone in this.
