Instead, adopt the mindset that no unhealthy meal will throw you off track beyond that one meal.
No choice that’s misaligned with your goals can possibly be enough to derail you entirely.
There is always a “choice”. It may be uncomfortable, difficult, long and drawn out, but it’s a Choice.

P.S. It’s so easy for me to ramble on about getting fit, exercising, the benefits, your mindset, and your approach to getting started.
