Have you ever had the experience of waking up to a not-so-healthy breakfast and just deciding that the whole day is a wash, resulting in poor choices for all 3 meals (and maybe some snacks)?
Of course, you have, me too!
What about when you started fresh on a Monday, slipped up on a Wednesday, then determined the rest of the week is done for?
Yep, we’ve all been there.
It’s easy to get frustrated and disappointed in yourself for “messing up.”
And from that mindset, it’s easy to convince ourselves to give up.
Temporarily at first.
“I’ll get on track tomorrow.” (telling ourselves to make it ok in our head)
“I’ll start again on Monday.” (Just starting over can be trying and frustrating)
And we know how the story goes…it just never happens until a few months down the road when you decide to give it another shot. This faulty thinking carries over into other parts of our lives as well.
The yo-yo cycle perpetuates for YEARS and even DECADES for way too many people, and it truly doesn’t have to be that way.
Instead, adopt the mindset that no unhealthy meal will throw you off track beyond that one meal.
No choice that’s misaligned with your goals can possibly be enough to derail you entirely.
There is always a “choice”. It may be uncomfortable, difficult, long and drawn out, but it’s a Choice.

One of the reasons my clients here at KALFIT get such amazing results is the support and accountability structure we provide. If you know you need some of that in your life, just hit us up HERE and let me know and I’ll get ya taken care of!
P.S. It’s so easy for me to ramble on about getting fit, exercising, the benefits, your mindset, and your approach to getting started. But you have to remember, I live this life, so it’s a breeze for me to practice what I preach. It’s another thing to think that you can just grasp what I am saying and put it to use in your life. This is the challenge!!!!
We all need help regarding our fitness and exercise regime. Don’t be the 93% of people who just keep putting it off. Be that 7% and just get started.
Please reply and let me know when you plan to start!
Would love to sit, talk & listen to your story
Let's have a real conversation about how you can create intention and take action and move forward for the final time, so you never have to start over again.
