Find the Courage; Develop Your Voice and change into something you never thought possible

Who are you? Or, who do you think you are?  I am willing to bet you have a story to tell.

Are you willing to share it?

In sharing your story, what would you like to share with the people who know you…

and the ones who don’t?

No one can tell your story better than you can. In telling your story, chances are you will help others who are also in the struggle and of course, yourself in the process.

Where have you been and what have you learned? What do you hold dear? What have you endured and what has made you tougher? How have your experiences enlightened you and in turn, inspired and informed you to produce positive change for yourself and others?

Is your story a heartbreaking one, a trial of difficulties and hurtful experiences? If so, plenty of people will want to empathize and learn from the battles you’ve fought. What was the breaking point in your life that made you say “I have had enough” and what you did to overcome those difficult obstacles.

If and when you’re ready to tell that story, you’ll find that opening up to a person or a community that you can trust, will allow a big weight to plummet from off of your shoulders.  In other words; it will empower, strengthen, and reinforce your character and your spirit. 

I believe people of all walks of life can gain something From Your Story

For me, in meeting with countless others who are looking to make a change in their abnormal, boring, and mundane daily routine,  I would love to know the values that you cling to.  For instance, what truly matters in your life; and Why is that important to you.  How many times you have tried and failed?  And why do you think you failed.  I want to know where you see yourself in a year or maybe 5 years from now.  And how you plan to get there. Most people have no idea of the power that their words and actions have and how we can impact others, to include ourselves, whatever your chosen path is in life?

It was positively liberating… When I shared my story

It took me over a year to drum up the courage to tell my story.  I didn’t want to offend anyone, I was constantly worried about how people, (my friends and family) were going to react or think of me.  But because I had a strong community of support that I gained strength and courage from; I was able to be polarized in saying what I needed to say.  In other words, I kept it real.

In sharing my story, I was sincere, honest, authentic and open. I was not thinking of influencing the lives of others, but I guess I did inspire some.  From that shared moment, I was a new person.  Strong, courageous, inspired, and a new optimistic outlook in my life.    

So now I am on a quest to inspire others to share theirs.  I encourage you to tell your story.  My hope is you will share with me during our consult here at KALFIT.   Trust me when I say, people want to hear it. As I have learned, the world is demanding it! The world needs you to tell your story.
