I hope you are all settling in for some downtime with family and friends, for this is one of the few times of the year we get to do it.
During the holidays, for me, this is sometimes a struggle. I must take a deep look at myself and wonder why. Maybe it was the way I was raised, or what I was exposed to during my childhood, guilt, or something else (Not really sure). This is Not some sad sorry story of why I get like this during the holidays, it’s just me being real and honest.
But when I start to feel this way, I’m constantly reminded of how much I must be grateful for: finding God, people I love, my friends, my home, my health, my business, and obviously – you, The people who listen and read my content that I share and of course, attend our training sessions at KALFIT.
KALFIT may be a small part of your day or week, but it’s my life 24/7, I think about it all the time, my passion and drive to serve. You may not even currently be training with us. But I want you to know I spend most days and nights thinking about how we can serve you, get you better results, and create a more powerful experience for you. As I have stated several times, it’s so easy for me to ramble on about getting fit, exercising, the benefits, your mindset, and your approach to getting started. But you must remember, I live this life, so it’s a breeze for me to practice what I preach. It’s another thing to think that you can just grasp what I am saying and put it to use in your life. This is the enduring challenge!!!!
You chose us to work with us or engage with us on some level, and for that, I cannot express my gratitude. So, it’s my duty to make sure we are serving you at levels higher than what you ever expected. Its not just about getting fit & losing weight, this is lifestyle that you can engage with and fit into your daily life.
You are the lifeblood of KALFIT, and because of that, it is important for me to stop and tell you how much you are appreciated, cared for, and valued. As a current, past, or future client and as an incredible human being.
In a world of constant change and facing the unknown, I like to make sure I remind myself daily what I’m most grateful for. Sometimes they’re small things and sometimes they’re huge.
Getting into a habit of daily gratitude practice is so incredibly powerful, and it can be as easy as writing down 3 things you’re grateful for and spending one minute on each, eyes closed, feeling it and living it. My morning routine is sacred to me, it allows me to find my center and focus on my purpose to serve others.
As I close this message, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays, and let you know that I am unbelievably grateful for YOU. It is YOU who has given me the opportunity to grow and share what I LOVE.
One little favor to ask…can you reply and share with me 3 things that you’re grateful for? It will make my day knowing that you are listening.
All My Best, Kipp – Coach & Mentor
