But no matter how many years people repeat the process, we just can’t seem to wrap our heads around how to make time NOW for change. What I can tell you with certainty is that the majority of people who swore in the New Year they were going to focus on their health and fitness is that they’ve already fallen back into old habits and patterns. I see it in social media and people I speak with in my fitness consults.
I know it’s only February but that’s the hard truth.
