What little chance you have in trying to change others.

Consider how hard it is to change yourself and you’ll understand what little chance you have in trying to change others.

So why do I face these odds of failure?  They’re not in my favor, I am dealing with all types of people with different backgrounds and they’re own personal issues; not to mention, working in the fitness industry? One of the toughest lines of work with a very high failure rate.  Yes, I want to be successful but why the fitness industry?

Good question.

For me, it’s always been about helping others in need. I didn’t choose it, it chose me.  It is my own personal gift (I was born with) in order to give back and provide a service.  It has become my own personal journey of working through my failures (which is the process of success).  And as I become more successful in this industry, I share what I have learned with others and see them succeed and crush their own personal goals.  It’s seeing the results where there was thought not to be any. Its trying things never done before, coming up with an idea that is so ludicrous, but you see a glimpse of success in the near future.  I love the creativeness and ideas of what can or can’t be done.  It’s a constant learning curve in this industry (you are always growing) because everyone has a method for their own success.  And really, when it comes right down to it, its about empowering an aspect of change in someone.  Just the littlest, tiniest, itty-bitty change that can have a very powerful influence on someone’s life.  That is what I am pursuing.  This is what I want to evolve into, to be that guy with an answer and if I don’t have one, then we work together to find it.  I know that I don’t have all the answers, but I do recognize that I have gained enough experience to find it.  No one knows it all.

And that is my story (to be continued of course) We all need help when we are on a search or a journey to be our best selves, just know that you are not alone.  I too, have had my own ups & downs that I am always working on. I am constantly reminding myself that it’s the failures along the way which are a part of the process.  Learning from them and re-applying is the progression which will lead to be my best.
