As you are currently aware, we’re living in uncertain times. We are halfway through 2020 and I think a lot of us are wondering what the other half will bring.
And given that “CERTAINTY” is the #1 need all humans have, it’s no wonder things have gone off the rails so quickly this 1st half of the year – short tempered, being laid off or furloughed, put on sabbatical, closing the doors of your business (I know what that’s like), collecting unemployment, what will the school year look like for our children, wearing or not wearing your mask, and having enough essential supplies to endure.
And that certainty – whether it’s with their physical fitness, psychological health, finances, family & friends, or even a semblance of normal life has been ripped away in a matter of days, weeks, and months.
The 24/7/365 news hype hasn’t helped either. The Social media craze is outrageous.
No matter what your feelings on the situation are, a pandemic is out of everyone’s personal control.
People need to know they’re going to be ok. This is not going to last forever; it is going to end.
So, what do we have control of???
How you are choosing to think and act in this time of uncertainty.
Even in the most scary, uncertain times, there’s always a flip side.
There’s always opportunity, and if you are tentatively aware, you will know where to look.
I believe that those who focus on the opportunity will emerge THRIVING with an even better quality of life.
For example, speaking of thriving…
When COVID hit us in March, we ended up closing our doors to our training studio for good. Then we made the decision to build our own personal training studio here on our property. In less than 30 days we were up and running providing services to our members.
You can use challenge as a gift or become victim to it. I encourage you to focus on the former.
Here are a few phenomenal areas to improve your life in this strange time:
If you’re staying at home, bond with your family and friends. Whether in person or over Facetime. For me, it was spending quality time with my daughter Bella. When things go wrong and you are trying to fix them, we get so busy in our lives that we neglect those closest to us so often. Use this opportunity to reconnect in a powerful way.
Of course this is a big one for me. If you always felt pressed for time before, you may find yourself with extra time now – especially if you are isolating. Go online and find a coach. Schedule a consult. Get tips on how to start.
Cook delicious, healthy meals at home. Learn or create new recipes. Discover new things you enjoy. Include the family. My daughter baked her 1st

Your PHILOSOPHY of thinking creates your ATTITUDE, your ACTIONS, your RESULTS which creates your LIFE
Know where you want to be when this blows over, as it inevitably will. Where do you see yourself at the end of 2020?
Align your thoughts with that now so you can create it.
If you allow your thoughts to become consumed by negativity, that is the result you’ll have weeks, months, or years down the road.
How we react to all of this is largely a choice, for better or for worse.
What opportunity do you see for yourself through all of this?
Together, we will get through this.
I’m planning to come out stronger in every way. Will you join me?
Please reply and let me know where you plan to start!
Would love to sit, talk & listen to your story
