Whether you’re a parent, teacher, nurse, police officer, military, or really any type of role model figure, you hold a certain responsibility to be an example to those you lead and those who look up to you.
For example, if you’re a parent, your behavior develops the behavior and actions for the entire future of your children. Therefore, if you eat lots of micro-processed foods, eat out a lot, don’t cook as much as you should, what do you think of the outcome regarding your children? The same goes for mental and emotional behavior. Our children see and hear everything and then replicate it, thinking that its OK.
If you’re a doctor or nurse, your patients will look to you for their health. The health care system is already broke, so how much time does your doctor have to sit and discuss options? On average, 7mins. Your health is the priority, but the system is so overwhelmed and overpriced that we tend to not even go to our appointments. This is where your health and fitness play a significant role.
If you’re a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or military those you protect need to know they’re in good hands. This means being in top shape to handle any and all that comes your way, being ready for the unexpected. Again, your health and fitness are key components.
When you take on any kind of leadership role, it is 100% your duty to be the best example possible. And in so many instances, this requires maintaining your physical health.
And the harsh but true reality is that the majority of people in these important positions I’ve just discussed fail to do so.
Obesity and being overweight aren’t genetic. It’s the outcome of a learned behavior. One in which our children are being exposed to.
If you’re the example to another human in any capacity, you owe it to them and to yourself to be the healthiest and strongest version of YOU.
Helping people achieve just that, is what I’ve dedicated my life to, and I can help you or a loved one too.
So, if you’re ready to take control and be the role model you know you want to be, reply to this message so I can personally respond and figure out how I can help.
The perfect time to start is an illusion. The perfect time is always now.
Let’s do this…
Together because you are not alone.
